Third Lake Associates, LLC (“TLA”) is a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and various states and is a member of FINRA and SIPC.

TLA offers private placements and provides merger and acquisition and related transactional financial advisory services to issuers, sponsors, institutional investors and fund managers.

PRIVATE PLACEMENTS

TLA is able to engage in a variety of private placement activities for sponsors, companies and private investment funds. Much of TLA’s private placement focus is in the area of real estate, where we can source equity from institutional investors and leverage our extensive network of professional lenders to source debt financing. We can also selectively assist private fund managers and sponsors with the placement of fund interests to qualified investors.

Private placements including real estate investments are speculative, illiquid, and entail a high level of risk, including the risk that an investor could lose their entire investment.

FINANCIAL ADVISORY

TLA provides transactional financial advisory and related services to public and private companies.

Areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, transaction due diligence and other corporate advisory. We may further utilize our private placement capabilities in support of this activity.
